Best for: Joint pain, muscle recovery, inflammation, fat reduction and skin rejuvenation
Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim)
Gentle electrical currents are applied to the muscles and nerves to reduce pain, relax tension, and stimulate healing.
Best for: Muscle spasms, acute injuries, and pain relief.
Myofascial Release
A hands-on technique that releases tight fascia (connective tissue) to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve flexibility.
Best for: Chronic tension, scar tissue, and mobility issues.
Kinesiotaping
A flexible, supportive tape is applied to guide joint motion, reduce swelling, and stabilize muscles without limiting movement.
Best for: Injury recovery, posture support, and athletic performance.
Mechanical Flexion Table with Drops
We have invested in the very best tables to get the best outcomes for our patients! Each of our treatment rooms is equipped with this specialized chiropractic table to gently stretch and decompress the spine to relieve pressure and increase mobility at each visit.
Best for: Low back pain, disc injuries, and sciatica.
Superficial Dry Needling
Superficial dry needling is a minimally invasive technique that uses very fine, sterile needles inserted just beneath the surface of the skin over tight or sensitive areas—called trigger points. Unlike deeper dry needling, which penetrates the muscle, this gentler approach stimulates the nervous system to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote healing without the soreness sometimes associated with deeper techniques.
Best for: Muscle tension, stress-related discomfort, and chronic pain conditions.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping involves placing small cups on the skin to create gentle suction. This draws circulation to the area, helping to release tension, break up fascial adhesions, and support detoxification. Many patients find cupping deeply relaxing, and it often leaves temporary circular marks that fade within a few days.
Best for: Muscle soreness, stiffness, and inflammation.
Gua Sha
Gua sha is a traditional technique that uses a smooth-edged tool to gently scrape the skin in long strokes. This helps release muscle tension, increase blood flow, and encourage lymphatic drainage. It’s particularly helpful for areas of chronic tightness or inflammation.
Best for: Neck and shoulder tightness, inflammation, and stress relief.
Foot Levelers Custom Orthotics
We offer inpidually tailored foot orthotics that support proper alignment from the ground up. These inserts help balance posture, reduce strain, and improve comfort during everyday activities. We use the Foot Levelers 3-D scanner to take an image of your feet. From there a report is generated to determine your inpidual need for orthotics.
Best for: Foot, knee, hip, and lower back pain related to poor biomechanics.
Why We Use These Techniques
Each of these therapies complements your chiropractic care by addressing soft tissue dysfunction, improving circulation, and helping your body heal more efficiently.
