• Test Read Visit* (45 minutes) $300
• Follow Up Visit* (30 minutes) $225
• Phone Check In (15 minutes) $125

If more than one test read visit is needed throughout your care, subsequent test read visits will be charged as a follow up visit.
Blood draws are done through Viva Infusions in Mount Horeb, WI and therefore require a separate fee. Viva Infusions sets the current price of the blood draw fee.
