Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office or if you don’t see your insurance company listed below. Please understand that coverage quoted to us by your insurance company does not guarantee payment for all services rendered. We are now preferred providers for the following insurance carriers: Alliance, Benefit Plan Administrators, Cigna, First Health, Health Choices, Health EOS, Health Payment Systems, Health Systems International, Multiplan, Trilogy and WEA. Also we are participating providers for Medicare and Medicaid.
