(PNF) Stretch sessions

Assisted full body passive and resistant stretching (comfortable athletic cloths required). This session is great for a pre or post athletic event, or anyone just needing more joint flexibly. You may also want to select this session before your massage, because it will help warm up and further relax the muscles then a massage by itself. Cupping Therapy

Lavender sugar foot scrub

Warm moist towels, natural lavender sugar scrub, and lavender coco butter moisturizer applied to the feet. Approximately 12 mins.

Therapeutic deep heat

Pick a chronic or acute problem area like the back/neck, either front or back of the legs, or arms. Application of warm towels and therapeutic warming ointment is massaged into tight muscle groups.

Aromatherapy

Choose a scented essential oil you wish to be massaged along with the massage oil. Examples lavender, lemon, eucalyptus, peppermint. Just ask what’s available at the beginning of your session.
